Privacy Policy
How Trancekode Infoway handles information related to the SaaS Growth demo, documentation, purchase, and support.
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Trancekode Infoway (Trancekode, we, us, or our) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information connected with the SaaS Growth HubSpot theme, its public demo and documentation, Marketplace interactions, and customer support.
After installation, the Theme runs in your HubSpot account. Content, forms, contacts, analytics, cookies, and other portal data are controlled by you and HubSpot according to your configuration. The Theme may use HubSpot platform functions and documented third-party visual resources, but it does not independently transmit your HubSpot CRM records to Trancekode.
1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit our SaaS Growth demo or documentation, contact us about the Theme, request support, or interact with us as a Marketplace customer. It does not replace the privacy policy you need for a website you build with the Theme, and it does not govern HubSpot's own processing.
2. Information we may collect
- Contact and business information: name, email address, company, role, country, and communication preferences.
- Marketplace and transaction context: information HubSpot or you provide to identify a purchase, account, entitlement, or support request. We do not directly receive full payment-card details processed by a marketplace or payment provider.
- Support information: HubSpot account ID, page URLs, template or module names, screenshots, recordings, diagnostic details, and messages you choose to send.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, cookies, and similar data generated when you use our public pages.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide documentation and support, confirm Marketplace access where necessary, investigate defects, maintain security, improve the Theme and demo, communicate important product or policy updates, keep business and tax records, enforce our terms, and comply with applicable law.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as support, security, and product improvement, comply with legal obligations, and act on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis.
5. HubSpot and third-party services
HubSpot separately processes information related to your account, Marketplace activity, hosted pages, forms, analytics, cookies, and content under its own agreements and policies. We may also use service providers for website hosting, email, communications, analytics, issue tracking, professional advice, and business operations. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate obligations.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our public demo and documentation may use essential cookies and HubSpot-provided or configured analytics to operate pages, remember preferences, understand aggregate usage, and protect the site. Where required, a consent banner or preference tool allows you to make choices. You can also control cookies through your browser, although blocking some cookies may affect page functions.
7. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers acting for us, HubSpot when needed to administer a Marketplace matter, professional advisors, a successor in a business transaction, or public authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or respond to valid legal process.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for support, contractual, security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of record, the ongoing customer relationship, legal requirements, and whether the information is needed to resolve an issue.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, private CRM records, access tokens, payment-card data, or unrelated sensitive information in a support request.
10. International processing
We are based in India, and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers. Privacy laws may differ between jurisdictions.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires.
12. Children's privacy
The Theme, demo, and documentation are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these services.
13. Your responsibilities when using the Theme
You are responsible for configuring your HubSpot website, forms, analytics, cookies, consent tools, and retention practices; publishing an accurate privacy policy for your visitors; and complying with laws that apply to your organization and audience. The Theme's included Privacy Policy template is sample content only and must be replaced and legally reviewed before use.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our services, providers, legal obligations, or practices. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
